Written by Oscar winner Diablo Cody, director Jason "Juno" Reitman's producing follow-up to his Oscar-nominated feature is Jennifer's Body. The feature started shooting March 17 and continues through to May 14.
Directed by Karyn Kusama for Fox Atomic, the comedy/horror film stars Megan "Transformers" Fox and Amanda Seyfried with Adam Brody and J.K. "Spider-Man" Simmons.
Sreenplay by Cody focuses on high school cheerleader 'Jennifer' (Fox), possessed by a demon in a Minnesota farming town, with her bookish best friend (Seyfried) taking drastic measures to protect the residents.
Brody plays 'Nikolai', lead singer of an up-and-coming rock band with a penchant for evil. Simmons plays 'Mr. Wroblewski', a high school science teacher.
Brody previously worked with Reitman in Thank You for Smoking and is attached to play the 'Flash' in Warner Bros. upcoming Justice League Mortal.
