"Wonder Woman: Animated" is slated to be the next DVD release from DC Comics after the "Batman Gotham Knight" movie.
Meanwhile Vancouver-born actress Cobie Smulders has been reported as front-runner to play 'Diana Prince' for producer Joel "Lethal Weapon" Silver's developing "Wonder Woman" feature for Warner Bros Pictures.
Smulders currently stars in the TV series "How I Met Your Mother", playing 'Robin Scherbatsky'. She also appeared as 'Leigh Ostin' in the Vancouver-filmed "The L Word", in "Andromeda" as 'Rhade's Wife' and in the Warners/CW series "Smallville" as 'Shannon Vell'.
