Vancouver-lensed "Stargate Atlantis" won two Gemini Awards for its fifth and final season @ the 24th annual awards held in Calgary, Alberta November 14, celebrating the best in Canadian television.
Writer and series co-creator Brad Wright won for Best Writing in a Dramatic Series for the episode “The Shrine.”
The "Stargate Atlantis" make-up team led by Todd Masters picked up another award, in the Best Achivement in Make-Up category for the episode "Vegas". The makeup crew included Masters, Leah Ehman, Holland Miller, Brad Proctor and Kyla Rose Tremblay.
