UBCP (Union of British Columbia Performers) celebrated members of its local film community at their 8th annual UBCP/ACTRA Awards show, hosted by "The Flash" actor Tom Cavanagh:
Among many awards handed out to performers for their work in BC-lensed film, 'Best Stunt' was won by stunt coordinator Eli Zagoudakis and stunt performers Nathaniel Shuker and Marshall Bingham for the "Arrow" TV episode "The Slabside Redemption".
Other Vancouver-lensed genre films nominated for stunts included Simon Burnett, Nilo Ghajar and Jennifer Clark for the "Supergirl" TV episode "Menagerie"...
...Marny Eng and James Mowat for the feature "The Predator"...
...Jon Kralt and Adrian Hein for "The Flash" TV episode "Legacy"...
...and Eli Zagoudakis and Adrian Hein for the "Arrow" TV episode "Inmate 4587".
"What an abundance of accomplished performers we are blessed with within our membership," said Keith Martin Gordey, UBCP/ACTRA President. "The UBCP/ACTRA Awards is our opportunity to celebrate this talent."
