Vancouver-born actress Cobie Smulders has been reported as the front-runner to play 'Diana Prince' for producer Joel "Lethal Weapon" Silver's long-gestating "Wonder Woman" feature for Warner Bros Pictures.Smulders currently stars in the TV series "How I Met Your Mother", playing 'Robin Scherbatsky'. She also appeared as 'Leigh Ostin' in the Vancouver-filmed "The L Word", in "Andromeda" as 'Rhade's Wife' and in the Warners/CW series "Smallville" as 'Shannon Vell'.
Notwithstanding Smulders' physical attributes/acting talents, the Cancon beauty could make it easier for the film to get government tax breaks, should the big budget feature lense in Canada.Stay tuned ...
