According to the CW, actor Brian Austin "90210" Green will return as 'Metallo', the 'Superman' villain with the 'kryptonite'-infused heart, for 'Episode 18' of the Vancouver-lensed series "Smallville".
Green's character first appeared in the "Smallville" Season 9 premiere as journalist 'John Corbin', aka 'Metallo', who was killed after accidentally ripping out his heart while trying to destroy 'Clark Kent' (Tom Welling).
In the show, 'Dr. Emil' (Alessandro Juliani) said that Corbin had become more machine than man, so the possibility of his return was kept open.
