Sneak Peek the newest DC Comics super-villain, to be given the live-action treatment in The CW's "Arrow" TV series:
Actor Robert Knepper ("Prison Break") will appear in Season Two, Episode #14 of "Arrow" as comic book villain 'William Tockman' aka the 'Clock King.
The 'Clock King' debuted in DC's "World's Finest Comics" #111 (August 1960), created by writer France Herron and illustrator Lee Elias.
As an enemy of 'Green Arrow', he has no super-powers or abilities, although he is athletic and extraordinarily smart, extensively using clock and time related gimmicks to devastating effect.
