Sneak Peek new footage of actor Stephen Amell, working out for Season 3 of The CW's DC Comics' adaptation, "Arrow", that starts shooting mid-July in Vancouver:
According to Amell, "...I wanted some payback for not being able to complete the course on my first 'Tempest Freerunning' workout a few weeks ago. So we went back to the scene of the crime.
"Unfortunately, I tried to top it out at the end and couldn't do it because my forearms felt like that Gregory House's leg. The lesson? There are two. First, I'm going to need payback for my payback. Second, we start filming in 22 days and I'm on the right track!..."
