Another DC Comics' character, 'Plastique', played by Kelly Frye, will appear in The CW's upcoming TV series "The Flash", based on the comic book superhero:
"...'Sgt. Bette Sans Souci', aka 'Plastique', created by writer Gerry Conway and illustrator Pat Broderick, debuted in DC's "Fury of Firestorm" #7 (1982). Initially a villain, she became a member of the 'Suicide Squad' and ally to 'The Flash'.
"...Plastique is a fetching young redhead who was a bomb specialist with the Army before she was injured by an IED in Iraq. After being exposed to a 'Central City' explosion, she gains the ability to turn any object into a bomb with a touch of her hand..."
