"Deadpool 2" With 'Cable' ?

According to Fox co-chairman Stacey Snider, director Tim Miller's Vancouver-lensed "Deadpool 2", has been greenlit by the studio, starring Ryan Reynolds reprising his role as "...the merc with a mouth..." alongside the promised live-action debut of Marvel Comics' 'Cable':

"...'Wade Wilson', a former mercenary, turned cheap prankster, is subjected to an experimental regenerative mutation to cure his cancer, giving him accelerated healing superpowers, but severely scarring his body.

"His prostitute girlfriend overlooks his appearance, but he still 'takes nothing seriously'..."

'Cable' aka 'Nathan Summers' is the adult son of 'Cyclops' aka 'Scott Summers' and 'Madelyne Pryor', a clone of 'Jean Grey' and the half brother of 'Rachel Summers', from a possible future timeline.

...having been transported as an infant to the future, where he grew into a warrior, before returning to the present.

The first "Deadpool" feature, Miller's feature directorial debut, was shot in Vancouver on a budget of $58 million, grossing over $757.3 million world-wide.
