With Mattel Toys now putting their collectable ‘Monster High’ dolls back in production, Mattel Films continues producing a live-action "Monster High" TV movie musical, based on the first original toy franchise for the company since "Hot Wheels" in 1968, featuring collectible dolls packaged as the children of famous monsters including 'Draculaura', 'Frankie Stein', 'Clawdeen Wolf', 'Cleo de Nile and 'Lagoona Blue', debuting in 2022 on Nickleodeon:
"When a devious plan to destroy Monster High threatens to reveal her real identity, Clawdeen must learn to embrace her true feelings and find a way to save the day..."
The "Monster High" Fashion Line doll series, was created by writer Garrett Sander and illustrator Kellee Riley.
Products range from "Monster High"-branded clothing, cosmetics, jewelry, dolls, a music video, the 2011 video game "Monster High: Ghoul Spirit", online webisode series, dedicated YouTube channel, a "Monster High" book for teens by author Lisi Harrison and Nickelodeon CG-animated TV specials.
