Actress Peyton List ("The Tomorrow People") cast as 'Lisa Snart', the sister of super-villain 'Captain Cold' in The CW's comic book TV series "The Flash", eventually becomes a costumed superhero character in her own right:

The 'Golden Glider', enemy of "The Flash", first appeared in DC Comics' "Flash" #250 (June 1977). The evil alter ego of Lisa Snart, she is an Olympic level figure skater. Thanks to a pair of experimental skates that create their own ice, she is able to skate on any surface, including mid-air. She acquired a number of jewel-themed gadgets and weapons, including poisoned rings and 'hypnosis jewels', using them with devastating effect against the 'Flash'.
