The new Agreement reflects wage increases of 2% per year, effective the first Sunday of the first payroll period following the December 2, 2009 ratification date.

The three year agreement is effective April 1, 2009 and expiring March 31, 2012, with new terms and conditions to be effective on December 2, 2009.

Included in the agreement is a temporary expansion of the studio zone to 240th Street on the eastern boundary for the period January 1, 2010 through April 30, 2010 only.

The deal was supported by the full negotiating committee and the Union ’s Executive Board and it attempts to keep pace with performer wages across the country....
